We want you to try Glow+ without risk. You have 60 days from delivery to try your order. If you're not happy with it, contact us and we'll refund you.

How to ask for a refund

Write to contact@getglowplus.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send anything back before we've answered.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to show on your account.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Exceptions

Shipping costs, if any, are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
